工程项目执行控制体系下的合作激励分析

工程项目执行控制体系的建立与运行受组织结构、工作流程等多方因素的影响,其中业主与承包商、监理之间合作的努力水平是影响该体系建立与运行的关键。在执行控制体系中业主处于合作的中心,通过合作模型的经济学分析可知,影响承包商、监理的合作努力水平主要受业主激励强度的影响,在此结论的基础上引入马斯洛的需求层次假设,进一步分析了业主在已知自身实际激励强度的基础上,应根据承包商、监理的不同需求水平采取不同的激励策略。最终设计促进工程项目委托方与代理方合作的激励运行机制,进而提高工程项目代理人与委托人的合作努力水平,保证执行控制体系的有效运行,实现工程项目的各项目标。

Analysis of Inspiring for Cooperation Under Execution Control System of Project

The establishment and operation of the execution control system of the project are affected by the organizational structure, workflow,and other multiple factors,the level of the cooperative efforts between owners and contractors and supervisors will impact on the operation and establishment of the execution control system.The economic analysis of the cooperation model indicates that the level of cooperation is affected by the owner's inspiring intensity,on the basis of the conclusion,the assumptions of Maslow level are introduced,the owners should take the different strategies in accordance with contractors' and supervisors' different needs based on owner's actual inspiring intensity.Finally the incentive mechanism for cooperation between the constituent and agent is designed for enhancing the project agents with the cooperation and ensuring the effective execution of the system,controlling the operation and achieving project objectives.
