水泥稳定煤矸石抗裂性能的研究

摘    要:为了确定出抗裂性能较好的水泥稳定煤矸石混合料配合比,在集料级配不变的前提下,研究了不同水泥剂量对水泥稳定煤矸石抗裂性能的影响,并对4种配合比试验路的裂缝进行了观测。结果表明:水泥稳定煤矸石的温缩抗裂系数和干缩抗裂系数均随水泥剂量的增加近似呈抛物线规律变化,6%水泥稳定煤矸石的温缩抗裂性能最优,5%水泥稳定煤矸石的干缩抗裂性能最好。综合考虑抗裂性能和路用性能,水泥稳定煤矸石中水泥的合理剂量为5%~6%。

Abstract:In order to determine mix composition of cement stabilized coal gangue mixture with better anti-cracking performance,on the basis of the same aggregate gradation,anti-cracking performance of cement stabilized coal gangue influenced by proportion of cement is studied,and crack of test road with different mix composition is observed.Results show that both temperature shrinkage and drying shrinkage anti-cracking coefficients of cement stabilized coal gangue base course materials follow along parabola rule with the increase of the proportion of cement,temperature shrinkage anti-cracking performance of cement stabilized coal gangue with six percent of the proportion of cement is better than others,and drying shrinkage anti-cracking performance of cement stabilized coal gangue with five percent of the proportion of cement is better than others.Considering both road performance and anti-cracking performance,reasonable proportion of cement in cement stabilized coal gangue is five percent to six percent.
