水射流辅助机械滚刀破岩试验研究

摘    要:为解决极端软硬不均、极硬岩(硬度超过180 MPa)等复杂地质条件下,隧道掘进机破岩过程中刀具破岩效率低及“啃不动”的问题,采用滚刀岩机作用综合试验台,搭载高压水射流装置,采用不同的水射流参数及掘进参数对花岗岩试样开展破岩试验,研究不同条件下水射流辅助机械滚刀破岩对掘进参数及效率的影响。通过试验获得水射流破岩合理的靶距与压力,探明水射流与机械滚刀交叉轨迹复合破岩、同轨迹复合破岩相对于纯机械滚刀破岩刀盘推力、转矩及破岩效能的变化特性。

Abstract:When tunnel boring machine tunneling in complex geological conditions, such as extremely uneven soft and hard rock with hardness exceeding 180 MPa, the cutter′s rock breaking efficiency is low and cutterhead jams occur. To address these issues, a rock breaking test is conducted on granite samples using a disc cutter rock machine interaction comprehensive test platform equipped with a high pressure water jet device. The influence of water jet assisted mechanical disc cutter rock breaking on tunneling parameters and efficiency under various conditions is investigated using various water jets and tunneling parameters. The reasonable target distance and pressure of water jet rock breaking are obtained, as well as the cross track of the water jet and mechanical disc cutter, the change characteristics of thrust, torque, and rock breaking efficiency of the cutterhead of the same track composite rock breaking and relatively pure mechanical disc cutter rock breaking are validated.
