摘    要:球钢支座具有良好的转动性能等优点,在工程项目中得到了越来越广泛地运用。为了进一步提高球钢支座的性能,开发球钢支座的潜力,拓宽球钢支座的应用前景,需要采用新型高性能摩擦副材料。两个既直接接触又产生相对摩擦运动的物体所构成的体系称为摩擦副。在球钢支座中,摩擦副是关键组成部件之一,其材料的摩擦性能和力学性能一定程度上决定了球钢支座整体性能的优劣。主要介绍国内外摩擦副材料的应用前景及关键的性能指标,以及各国规范对指标检测方法的异同。

Abstract:Taking the construction of steel-concrete composite beam bridge to span an auto 4S shop in Jiaxing Urban Expressway Ring Line Project as the background, the integrated steel formwork of bridge deck - anti-collision guardrail is designed. The concrete pouring formwork of deck and anti-collision guardrail can effectively prevent the deck falling objects and guarantee the construction safety during the construction. Combined with the characteristics of this project, the integrated steel formwork is parameterized and designed. The applicability of this type of formwork is verified, and a certain referring valve of conclusion is obtained.
