摘    要:ST/STS Offshore锚是一种新型大抓力钢板焊接锚.文章以5000kgST Offshore锚为例,应用三维软件Pro/E对STOffshore锚进行参数化建模,并用ANSYS进行有限元结构优化设计.经过优化,在重量没有明显变化的前提下,该锚具有更高的强度和安全性.

Abstract:The ST/STS Offshore Anchor is a new type of steel plate welding anchor with large holding capacity. 3D software (PRO/E) and FEA software (ANSY Work Bench) is used in this paper to simulate and optimize the 5000kg ST Offshore Anchor. The results show that the optimized anchor has features of higher strength and safety factors with no significant change in weight.
