传感器热冲击效应对CA6102型汽油机示功图精度的影响

摘    要:通过试验指出,在准确确定上点后,影响CA6102型汽油机示功图精度的主要因素是传感器的热冲击效应,而不是传感器的通道效应。简述了热冲击效应的特点,给出了CA6102型汽油机平均指压力随转速变化的误差修正曲线。

Abstract:It is noted by tests that,after the top dead center is determined accurately,the sensor thermal shock effect is a major factor to affect the accuracy of indicator diagram of the CA6102 gasoline engine instead of the channel effect of sensor The features of thermal shock effect are briefly described and the error modification curve for the CA6102 gasoline engine average indicating pressure which is changed under speed variation is given out also.
