Abstract:Aiming at overcoming defects of the traditional relay control for subway vehicle,such as high failure rate and without recording function,a novel approach of contactless logic control based on double 2-vote-2 technology is proposed.The system architecture has de?signed including hot standby redundancy,network communication,fault diagnosis,log analysis,etc.Technical scheme design,construction and modification of vehicle control circuit is completed.First,based on analysis of the original circuit principle,the logic control unit is devel?oped to replace the relay control.Second,considering security and availability,fault-grading and large bypass methods are presented.Final?ly,the train functions are verified on an operating line.Experiment results show that the modified train which can realize fail-overs of single board faults automatically and seamlessly has logical function integrity and meets subway technical requirements.The new logic control scheme with self-diagnostic health management as well as network information,meets high reliability and high security demands.
