某毛巾厂154名纺织工人的听力调查

本文初步报导某毛巾厂154名工人听力情况,发现89.4%的人有听力下降,下降程度以轻度和中度为主。听力损害的曲线类型有9种,其中典型的V型曲线不及二分之一,尚有不少人伴有低频损害。本组工人听力损害的程度与工龄有关。工龄在21年以上者,听力损害程度明显此其他组为高。分析工龄与听力损害曲线的关系,略可看出V型曲线初随工龄而增加,工龄再长,而反倒下降,此时则见V型和渐降型曲线的百分比急剧增加。

An Investigation on Hearing of 154 Textile Workers of a Towel Mill

Having measured the noise level and taken the audiometery on 154 workers of a textile mill, We found that 86.4% of the workers had the hearing loss, chief of all was the mild or moderate hearing loss. There were nine types of curves of hearing loss, put less than half of these curves had the typical "V" type. Some people suffered from the hearing loss had no obvious relation to the age, but it related to the length of service.The workers who have worked for more than 21 years had more severe hearing loss than the others. It was seen that the number of the workers with "V" type (of) curve at first increased with the length of service and with the further increasing of the working years, the number of the workers with this type of curve decreased. At this time the percentage of the workers with "U" and sloping shapes of curves increased very sharp.
