泵闸工程折线形底板基底应力分布特性分析

摘    要:选取上海市已建成运行规模最大的排涝泵闸为例,采用材料力学法、材料力学与刚体平衡结合算法、有限单元法计算,研究了软土地区折线形底板基底应力在折点处的应力集中现象,分析得出折线形底板基底应力分布特性;通过对基底应力在不同上部荷载、折线倾角、地基弹模等影响因素下的敏感性分析,总结变化规律,为类似工程结构优化设计提供参考.

Abstract:The paper takes a broad-scale drainage pump gate in Shanghai as an example. By adopting the material mechanics method, the combination of material mechanics and rigid body balance, and the finite element method,it studies the stress concentration phenomenon of the broken-line bottom plate in the soft soil area at the breakpoint. The stress distribution characteristics of the bottom of the broken line are obtained. Through the sensitivity analysis of the substrate stress under different upper loads, the inclination of the broken line, the elastic modulus of the foundation, it summarizes the law of change, which provides a reference for the optimization design of similar engineering structures.
