摘    要:介绍应用于自动化堆场的轨道式集装箱门式起重机的定位技术,包括起重机的大车定位、小车定位、起升高度的定位、吊具微调定位和起重机装卸集装箱的定位。定位过程综合应用了光、电、磁、机械、液压、图像处理等先进技术,多种定位方式互相补充,使得定位快速准确。

Abstract:Positioning technology applied in RMG (Rail Mounted Gantry Crane) in automatic container yard was introduced. It includes RMG's traveling position, trolley position, hoisting height position, spreader fine adjustment position and container position. The position process includes advanced technologies, such as optics, electricity, magnetism, machine, hydraulics and image processing. The mix of these position technologies modes together can make the positioning quick and accurate.
