沥青改性与掺加矿物纤维的差别与比较

摘    要:沥青的弹性模量(粘度)、屈服强度及韧性直接决定了沥青路面的各种力学与使用性能。材料科学的基本原理,旨在提高沥青弹性模量、屈服强度及韧性,本文分析与研究了沥青改性剂“合金化”及纤维“复合材料化”的区别。在阐述了“沥青+纤维”复合材料细观力学的同时,通过比较改性剂及纤维的增弹、增强及增韧效果与倾向,指出了“沥青+纤维”复合材料化是沥青路面技术发展的必然趋势。

Abstract:Various mechanic performances of asphalt pavements directly depend on modulus of asphalt(or viscosity),yield strength and toughness.According to the basic principles of material science,the differences between polymer modified asphalt by("alloying") method and(fiber-reinforced) asphalt by "composite"way are studied,meanwhile,the micro-mechanics for"asphalt + fiber" composite is introduced in this paper.Comparing the effects and patterns in increasing modulus,strength and toughness of modifiers and fibers,it could be concluded that "asphalt + fiber" composite is an inevitable trend for developing high quality asphalt mixtures.
