随着社会的进步，我国更好地融入到了全球化浪潮之中，多元文化的渗透、网络的盛行，给思想政治教育带来极大的冲击，需要转变思想政治教育范式，整合学校、企业、网络等多方面的力量，不断提升学生的思想政治道德素养，更好为社会培养人才。

The Construction of Ideological and Political Education Paradigm in the Context of Work-integrated Learning at Higher Vocational Colleges

With the progress of society, China has well integrated into globalization. The multicultural infiltration, to- gether with network prevalence, has brought great impact to the ideological and political education. Thus we need to change the paradigm of Ideological and political education, to integrate all powers from school, enterprise, network and others to constantly improve students＇ moral and political qualities, aiming to cultivate talents for the society.
