QFD在柴油机总体概念设计中的应用

摘    要:现代产品竞争是设计与制造水平的竞争,只有在设计中运用新的思想,采用新的理论、方法和原理,才能提高产品的设计质量,构筑持续竞争优势。QFD是顾客满意和产品创新的定量实现技术,DOE和TRIZ是其有效的辅助工具。通过QFD、DOE及TRIZ在柴油机概念设计中的应用研究,可以有效开发产品总体设计方案,使柴油机产品能真正地满足用户需求,提高产品的适应性,减少后期的设计更改,缩短研发周期,最终提高产品的市场竞争力。

Abstract:Modern product competition was depended on the competition of design and manufacture technology level in the final analysis.None but applying new idea,adopting new theory,method and principle in design processes,product design quality will be increased and persistent competitive advantage will be achieved.QFD(quality function development) is a quantitative method to realize customer satisfaction and product innovation while DOE and TRIZ are effective assistants of QFD.Comprehensive conceptual design project will be developed effectively and user needs of diesel engine will be satisfied authentically by using QFD,DOE and TRIZ method in the conceptual design process,which can also improve the adaptability of new products,reduce the latter redesign,shorten the research and development periods and finally enhance the Competitiveness of new products.
