| Abstract: | This paper introduces the conception and virtue of subject librarian system and discusses the construction of subject librarian system in polytechnic. According to the actual condition in China, this paper points out that the direct service style of subject librarian system adapts to the teaching innovation in polychinc which includes refining major, combination of study and work, practice in operating post, etc. The restriction factor and countermeasure of construction of subject librarian system in polytechnic are analyzed too. |
