摘    要:提出一种水致分离装置的设计思想。这种分离装置通过内部可溶蚀材料在水中的延滞失效实现装置的定时分离。通过对基于水致分离装置应用的可溶蚀材料的失效机理、失效模式和失效判据进行研究,结合对装置的力学分析,建立描述该装置水中分离问题的数学模型,并基于该模型通过数值方法评价可溶蚀塞表面溶蚀失效模式下装置定时分离的设计性能,从技术上证明这种装置是可行的,不仅具有与传统火工式分离装置相当的连接强度,而且分离过程无需火工品,在水中能自发进行,其安全性和可靠性大大改善,简化了设计。

Abstract:A novel water-induced separation device is proposed and the separation mechanism is based on application of water-erosible materials which fail after a delay time when in water.A mathematical model describing separation mechanism of the device is developed by mechanical analysis on the device combined with research on failure mechanism,failure modes,and failure criteria of water-erosible materials.Numerical analysis is carried out based on the above model to evaluate design performance of the device under the circumstances of surface-erosion failure mechanism of the erosible plug.The computed results prove it is feasible in technology for the device,which not only has comparable join strength compared with traditional separation device based on pyrotechnic mechanism but also discards the use of pyrotechnics to run a separation process spontaneously when in water and consequently enhances separation safety and reliability by more simplified designs.
