防城港20万吨级矿石码头大圆筒浮游稳定分析

摘    要:防城港20万吨级矿石码头圆筒直径20m,高21·7m,是讫今世界上最大的坐床式圆筒码头结构。文章针对防城港作业没有大型起重船设备原因,介绍采用在圆筒底部加设临时底板的海上浮运安装方案,该方案通过螺栓与圆筒内趾连接,并设置止水形成封闭底板,施工期用以承受浮托力,圆筒安装就位后松脱螺母,使其不参与使用期受力,维持原结构受力模式的效果,同时可以节约可观的大型起重船调遣安装费,供同类工程参考。

Abstract:The cylinder in Grade 20-ton Mineral Wharf in Fangcheng Port has a diameter of 20m and a height of 21.7m.It is so far the largest bed type cylinder wharf structure in the world.Aiming at the causes why Fangcheng port is lack of large barge crane,the Paper introduces the sea floating installation scheme that provides temporary bottom plate at the cylinder bottom.In the scheme,the bolt will be connected with the inner toe of cylinder,and the water seal will be equipped to close the bottom plate,which will be used to bear the buoyant force during construction period;the nut will be loosened after the cylinder is installed to its place,so as to prevent it from stress in operation and ensure the effect of astress mode of original structure.By this way,a large amount of dispatching and installation cost for large barge crane will be save.It provides reference for similar works.
