摘    要:在对管道3PE防腐层的行业标准SY/T4013—95进行修订过程中,根据实际生产应用需要,对防腐层厚度指标进行了重新研究。通过详细研究国外PE防腐层厚度确定依据,并调研分析国内3PE防腐管的实际应用情况,认为应该继续沿用依据德国DIN30670标准制定的3PE防腐层厚度指标;同时通过实际涂敷试验和检测分析,认为可以适当降低焊缝部位防腐层的厚度要求(不得低于管体防腐层厚度规定值的70%)。该研究结果作为新版技术标准SY/T0413—2002及有关的管道工程企业标准的内容,在近两年的实际应用中取得了良好的社会和经济效益。

Abstract:During the revising process of Chinese petroleum industrial standard SY/T 4013-95 about 3PE coating for buried pipelines,the coating thickness criteria had been studied again to meet the application need of practical production.By studying the reference of the PE coating criteria in overseas related standards,made surveys on the real application situations of 3PE coated pipelines in China,and decided to keep the original thickness criteria of 3PE coating in the previous edition of standard based on the German Standard DIN30670.In addition,by doing application test and inspection analyses,the results show that the thickness criteria of 3PE coating on welding seam could be reduced as not less than 70% of normal coating thickness criteria.The results have been quoted in the new edition of related industrial standard SY/T 0413-2002 and others,which have been executed to achieve very good social and economic benefits druing the last two years.
