彩色多普勒检查对诊断甲状腺病的意义

在诊断甲状腺疾病中 ,更好地观察甲状腺疾病患者的甲状腺形态、血流分布等。方法　用彩超观察了 2 0例正常人和 1 0 0例甲状腺疾病患者的甲状腺形态 ,与其同位素甲状腺扫描进行对比 ,测定患者的甲状腺功能 ,13 1I摄碘率 ,行甲状腺病理检查。结果　表明彩超可清晰地显示甲状腺大小、形态、结节的有无 ,内部回声及血流分布等。结论　彩色多普勒是诊断甲状腺疾病及观察疗效的必不可少的一种检查方法

The significance of colour ultrasound in dignosing thyroid disease

Objective To diagnose the thyroid disease, observe the appearance and blood flood distribution of thyroid.Methods We have observed the thyroids of 20 normal controls and 100 patients with thyroid disease, assayed their thyroid function (T 3,T 4,FT 3,FT 4,uTSH), pathological examination, thyroid intake iodine rate, thyroid isotope scan, and these examination were comared.Results Colour ultrasound could show the size, appearance ,presence or absence of nodules, internal echo, blood flow distribution of thyroid and so on.Conclusion It is confirmed that colour ultrasound is an absolutely necessary examination method in diagnosing thyroid disease and observing healing effect.
