摘    要:分析了橡胶联轴器的结构,提出了橡胶联轴器位移补偿性能和刚度的计算方法;根据车辆运行工况,确定了联轴器强度和橡胶疲劳计算的载荷条件。通过有限元分析计算和试验验证了该橡胶联轴器具备良好的位移补偿性能和较高的可靠性,可满足低地板车的装车和运行要求。

Abstract:The structure of rubber coupling was analyzed, and the calculation method of the displacement compensation and the stiffness of rubber coupling was proposed. According to the running condition of the LRV, the coupling strength and the load condition of rubber fatigue calculation were determined. The rubber coupling was proved to have good displacement compensation performance and high reliability by FEA calculation and test, which could meet the loading and running requirements of the LRV.
