高速列车牵引电机冷却风机流量实车试验研究

摘    要:采用皮托管流量测量法对高速列车牵引电机冷却风机流量进行了实车测量,结果表明:动力车作为头车,位于动力车后部的1、2号风机比位于前部的3、4号风机流量大,动力车作为尾车,1~4号风机流量相差不大;冷却风机风量随列车运行速度的提高而减小,前部风机比后部风机的变化幅值大。

Abstract:Measuring the cooling fan flowrate of the traction motor of the highspeed train is performed firstly (using) the method of Pitot-tub. The results show that the flowrates of the no.1 and no.2 fans in the back of the power car are bigger than those of no.3 and no.4 fans in the front when the power car is the head-end ,and that the flowrates of the four fans are almost the same when the powercar is the rear-end. The results also show that the flowrate of the cooling fan is decreasing with the increasing of the train speed, and the extent of the flowrate change in the front is bigger than that in the back.
