摘    要:针对北京地下直径线工程开展刀具配置适应性分析,通过对大直径泥水盾构在砂卵石地层中掘进施工现状进行总结及对掘进刀具的磨损量进行测量、分析,提出适应砂卵石地层大直径泥水盾构的刀盘刀具配置方式及合理的换刀距离,为后续施工及类似工程提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Abstract:Analysis is made on the adaptability of the cutter configuration of the large-diameter slurry shield for Beijing Underground Rail Transit Line Project.The status quo of the boring of the large-diameter slurry shield in sandy cobble stratum is sumarrized and the wearing of the cutters is measured and analyzed.Cutter configurations suitable for large-diameter slurry shields in sandy cobble stratum are proposed and rational continuous boring distance without cutter replacement is recommended.This paper can provide reference for the further construction of this project and similar projects in the future.
