| Abstract: | This paper introduces the public relations and the concept of absolute privacy from the ＂public life＂ point of view; studies the objects that require privacy right （privacy） protection; and presents the boundaries between the public life and privacy,in order to provide an important foundation for the further formulation and implementation of relevant laws. |
