港口混凝土表层渗透性与耐久性相关性试验研究

摘    要:采用autoclam自动渗透性测试仪对国内某港口的基桩混凝土耐久性进行现场检测,取芯进行了室内混凝土碳化试验、抗氯离子渗透性试验、抗冻性试验等,结果表明,混凝土各种耐久性能指标均与混凝土表层渗透性能存在明显的相关性,混凝土表层渗透性能可以在一定程度上体现混凝土的耐久性能,水渗透系数作为表征混凝土耐久性能的现场测试参数具有一定的可行性。

Abstract:The foundation piles concrete durability in a port under construction is field tested by autoclam automatic permeability tester, and carbonization test, rapid chloride ions migration coefficient test, and the test for freezing resistance of the core of the foundation piles concrete are carried, the data analysis indicates that there is a obvious relation between the surface penetration coefficient and durability parameters, the osmotic coefficient could reflect the concrete durability to some extent. And as a site test parameter of the concrete surface durability, the water osmotic coefficient is feasible.
