摘    要:为了提高钢筋混凝土的耐久性,需合理采取防腐技术措施。通过工程实例对码头结构耐久性设计进行方案比选。通过对环氧涂层钢筋混凝土和高性能混凝土的技术及经济比选,再根据我国目前施工水平的实际情况,对码头结构耐久性设计提出了可行、可靠的方案。经工程实践证明,使用环氧树脂涂层钢筋是提高高桩码头使用寿命的有效措施,并因此降低了整个使用周期的成本。

Abstract:To improve the durability of reinforced concrete, reasonable corrosion protection measures shall be taken. Through the options for durability design schemes of jetty concrete, according to the technical and economic comparison between epoxy-coated steel for the reinforcement of concrete and high-performance concrete and the actual construction technology in China, feasible and reliable option for durability design of jetty concrete is brought forward. It is proved by the actual project that the application of epoxy coated rebar is the effective measure to improve the life of jetty supported by piles, which can also reduce the cost during the design life.
