环保抑烟沥青优化设计与性能对比分析

摘    要:分析沥青烟产生的机理与危害,将Mg(OH)2和A1(OH)3两种抑烟剂及Sasobit和ROADBIT—BPL两种降粘剂的掺量进行优化设计,制备环保抑烟沥青,并测试其性能以确定最佳掺量。结果表明:抑烟剂AI(OH),掺量为10.0%时,沥青烟气量相对基质沥青降低了7.6%;抑烟剂和降粘剂的掺入会对沥青低温抗裂性能产生负面影响;在掺入3.0%Sasobit和10.0%A1(OH)3时,抑烟沥青抗变形能力和高温稳定性较好。

Abstract:This paper analyzes mechanism and hazards of asphalt fume, and optimizes design of mixing amount of Mg (OH)2 and AI (OH)3 fume suppression agents as well as Sasobit and ROADBIT-BPL viscosity reducers to prepare environmental protection fume suppression asphalt and test its performance to determine the optimal mixing amount. The results show that when the mixing amount of fume suppression agent AI( OH)3 is 10. 0%, the fume amount in asphalt relative to matrix asphalt reduces 7.6% ; mixture of fume suppression agents and viscosity reducers will produce negative influence on low-temperature anti- cracking performance of asphalt; when 3.0% Sasobit and 10. 0% AI(OH) 3 are mixed, anti-deformation capability and high-temperature stability of fume suppression asphalt are good.
