低剂量水泥稳定碎石基层沥青路面结构力学分析

摘    要:针对低剂量水泥稳定碎石基层沥青路面,选择我国当前高速公路和干线公路半刚性基层沥青路面典型结构型式,采用弹性层状体系力学分析软件Bisar3.0分析计算路面结构层底拉应力,并考虑基层厚度和模量、不同面层厚度对其的影响。计算结果表明:增加底基层厚度对于层底拉应力影响较小,底基层厚度增加10cm,基层层底拉应力仅降低0.023MPa;底基层模量对基层层底拉应力有显著影响,其模量越高,基层层底拉应力就越小;面层厚度对基层层底拉应力影响较大,基层层底拉应力随面层厚度的增加逐渐减小,当面层厚度在18~20cm时,水泥稳定层层底拉应力为0.086~0.082MPa。

Abstract:Aiming at low- dosage cement stabilized crushed stone base asphalt pavement, this paper analyzes and calculates tensile stress on the bottom of structural layer of pavement by selecting typical structure types of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement in current expressways and trunk highways in China by means of mechanical analysis software Bisar3.0 for elastic laminated system and considers influences of base thickness and modulus and thickness of difference surface courses. The calculation results show that increase of bottom base thickness has small influence on tensile stress on base bottom, when the thickness of bottom base increases 10 cm, the tensile stress on base bottom only decreases 0. 023 MPa; the modulus of bottom base shows remarkable influences on tensile stress on base bottom, the higher the modulus, the less the tensile stress on base bottom; the thickness of surface courses has big influence on tensile stress of base bottom, which decreases gradually with increase of the thickness of surface courses, when the thickness of surface courses is 18 ~ 20 cm, tensile stress on cement stabilized base bottom is 0. 086 ~ 0. 082 MPa.
