食物蛋白含量对心肌梗塞后心肌肥大和心泵功能恢复的影响

摘    要:选用健康、月龄3个月的雄性SD大鼠,随机分为:假手术组(CFS组)、普通饲料梗塞组(蛋白含量14.6%,CFMI组)、低蛋白饲料梗塞组(蛋白含量4.6%,LPMI组)和高蛋白饲料梗塞组(蛋白含量19.8%,HPMI组).在结扎冠状动脉后分别用上述饲料饲养1个月,测定心泵功能,用形态计量学方法对非梗塞区心肌细胞进行定量研究.结果发现:提高食物的蛋白含量可增加心肌梗塞(MI)后心肌肥大程度和促进心泵功能的恢复。但对心肌细胞线粒体、肌原纤维和细胞基质及其比例均无明显影响。

Abstract:To determine the effects of diet protein on myocardial hypertrophy and cardiac pump function, three months, healthy and male SD rats were employed and randomly divided into the following groups: pseudo-operated group (CFS), normally feeded infarcted group (protein 14.6%, CFMI), low protein feeded infarcted group (protein 4.6%, LPMI) and high protein fecded infarcted group (protein 19.8%, HPMI). The above feeds were respectively given after MI for one month and then measurement of the cardiac pump function and the morphometry of the myocytes in noninfarcted area were studied. The results showed that the increase of diet protein content contributes to the myocardial hypertrophy compensation of heart function after myocardial infarction, but the influence on the subcellular components of myocytes was not observed.
