| 摘 要： | 我国刑事审前程序中司法审查制度的缺失是我国刑事诉讼法的重大缺陷,构建我国刑事审前司法审查制度应为我国刑事诉讼修改的方向之一.本文对外国刑事审前司法审查制度进行了考察,并分析当前我国刑事审前程序的缺陷,提出了构建我国刑事诉讼审前司法审查机制的设想.
