生存素和CD44V6蛋白在胃癌中的表达及其相关性

目的探讨生存素（survivin）和CD44v6蛋白在胃癌中的表达及意义。方珐应用免疫组化技术检测120例胃癌（GC）、30例异型增生（GED）和20例正常胃黏膜组织（NGM）中survivin和CD44v6蛋白表达，并结合肿瘤的病理学行为和临床随访资料进行分析。结杲在胃癌组织中，survivin和CD44v6阳性率分别为75．8％和81．7％，均显著高于GED和NGM（P〈O．05）；survivin和CD44v6表达与GC浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移和患者预后密切相关（P〈0．05）。结论Survivin和CD44v6表达与GC发生、转移和患者生存期有关，检测survivin和CD44v6蛋白表达可作为预测胃癌患者预后的参考指标。

Expression and correlation of survivin and CD44v6 protein in gastric carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of survivin and CD44v6 protein in gastric cancer(GC) and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of survivin and CD44v6 protein in 120 cases of GC,30 cases of gastric epithelial dysplasia(GED) and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa(NGM).The pathological features of GC and clinical follow-up data were also analyzed.Results The positive rate of survivin and CD44v6 was 75.8% and 81.7%,respectively,in primary GC.The positive rate of survivin and CD44v6 in GC was higher than that in GED and NGM(P<0.05).The expression of survivin and CD44v6 was closely related to infiltration of serosa,metastasis of lymph node,and prognosis of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of survivin and CD44v6 is closely related to carcinogenesis,metastasis and survival rate in GC.Survivin and CD44v6 may be prognostic indicators of GC.
