客车上部结构强度技术及发展现状

摘    要:依据有限元仿真分析技术,阐述了国内外客车侧翻发展概况,论述了基于客车侧翻法规标准客车侧翻实车试验和计算机仿真模拟的发展现状。指出:基于客车侧翻法规标准国内客车侧翻在仿真过程中的应用还不够成熟和广泛。目前,我国开始强制执行客车上部结构强度试验,有限元仿真分析技术与实车试验相结合的方法将成为客车侧翻分析的主流。

Abstract:The development status of bus rollover techniques at home and abroad were summarized according to the finite element analysis techniques.The techniques of experiments and the development of computer simulation were discussed based on the development of regulations and standards for bus rollover.It is indicated that bus rollover simulation process hasn't been used maturely and widely in China.Now bus superstructure test is enforced in China,then the finite element simulation analysis method combining with vehicle tests can guide the development trend of bus rollover analysis.
