摘    要:在总结现有隧道防火及救难策略的基础上,研究长大隧道的火灾特点,分析了长大公路隧道中引发火灾事故的原因、隧道中安全设施水平及安全设施运作模式需具备的基本要求,并在此基础上提出具有普遍评价意义的指标体系,包括隧道火灾安全系统、运输与管理政策、隧道技术条件、应急救援水平以与社会救援能力在内的5个一级指标及23个二级指标,利用证据理论处理糊模信息的特点,建立了基于证据理论的长大公路隧道风险的评估模型,并举例说明其应用过程.
