| 摘 要： | ＂Golden period＂ of rail transit construction Following the 4 trillion Yuan launched by Chinese government to stimulate domestic demands, China＇s 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions also have announced the investment plan, amounting to nearly 18 trillion Yuan, focusing on transportation infrastructure. Among＇these, rail transit planning of Bei- jing, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Changsha and many other cities are remarkable. The total length of approved projects has reached 1,700 kin, and a total investment of more than 600 billion Yuan has been input, close to three times of that in the Three Gorges Project, China＇s rail transit is undergoing an unprecedented golden period of development, indicating it has become the world＇s largest urban rail transit construction market.
