| 摘 要： | 加强党的执政能力建设是党中央在新的历史时期提出的一个新的科学理念。正确理解党的执政能力的基本内涵,把握各种能力之间的相互关系,明确加强党的执政能力建设的基本思路,对于明确新形势下加强党的执政能力建设的重要性,以及推进党的建设新的伟大工程具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Strengthening and constructing the governing capabilities of the Communist Party of China(CPC) is a new scientific conception put forward by the Party Central Committee.It is significant to correctly understand the basic connotation of the CPC's governing capabilities,to grasp the inter-relationships of all these capabilities,to explicitly strengthenand construct the governing capabilities of the CPC.By way of this,the significance of strengthening and constructing the governing capabilities will be clarified under the new circumstances and the great project of improving CPC will be further developed. |
