摇架下水工艺受力分析耦合模型

摇架下水工艺由于各种因素的影响。各摇架的受力状况并不相同,本文介绍了一种计算和分析采用摇架下水工艺时摇架受力的耦合模型。并利用此模型计算和分析“作业三号”平台下水过程中摇架脱扣和转轴的受力。

Coupled Model for Force Analysis in Cradle Launching Process

In ship or platform launching ,they are laid on blocks which are put on launching cars .Seized firmly to the cars , ship or platform together with the cars are pushed by jacks and slide along launching rails into the water ,and then the cars are released .This launching method is named cradle launching .During this kind of launching ,there are differences among the conditions of strained cradles .This paper introduces a coupled model to analyze and calculate the strained cradles' condition and the launching calculation of the "Zuoye No.3"platform done by use of the model .
