校企合作人才培养模式的中德比较

摘    要:德国在校企合作培养人才方面举世闻名。其双元制的校企合作在世界职业教育史上堪称典范。中国虽然学习借鉴德国双元制校企合作模式,但对比中德校企合作运行机制,发现中国校企合作存在诸多问题。文中认为需要加强职业教育法制建设、强化政府统筹管理职能、发挥各类商会的协调服务职能,提高中国职业教育校企合作人才培养模式质量和效益。

Abstract:The school-enterprise cooperation mode for talent building in Germany has a high reputation in the world, of which the dual system of school-enterprise cooperation is a model for vocational education history. China has borrowed some for its vocational education from Germany in this filed. However, the comparison study shows many problems exist in China' s School-enterprise cooperation operating mechanism. This paper argues that it is necessary to further consolidate the legal system, government' s supervision and the co-ordination role of the Chamber of Commerce, thus improve the quality and efficiency of China's vocational education school-enterprise cooperation for talent building.
