在介绍和分析船舶制造企业设备管理与维修工作有关情况的基础上，对船企在精益造船模式下如何做好设备特别是数控设备的管理和维修工作提出了具体要求和可行性建议。另外，还就如何转变设备管理理念、建立区域公用备件库、实现区域维修技术力量共享以及设备管理与维修信息化提出了设想。

Research on Equipment Management and Maintenance

Based on the introduction and analysis of present state of equipment management and maintenance in shipbuilding enterprises, the practical requirement and feasibility suggestions about equipment＇s, especially the digital control equipment＇s management and maintenance under the fine shipbuilding mode in shipbuilding enterprises are proposed. Thinkings are also proposed about transforming equipment management idea, establishing area common spare parts base, realizing sharing of area maintaining technical resources and informationization of equipment management and maintenance.
