| 摘 要： | 文章以某油田钻机电机应用中间联轴节出现尺寸问题为例,对中间联轴节特殊性进行分析,找到联轴节内圆过盈配合导致外径尺寸增大值的精确计算方法,采用该计算方法进行联轴节尺寸改进设计,应用结果解决了实际问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper,an measurement problem in the middle coupling of oil rig motor is taken as an example.By means of the analysis on its particularity,a method of accurately calculating the incremental outer diameter of the coupling which was caused by interference fit of inner circle is found.Using the method to improve the design of coupling,the practical problem is solved. |
