低硒对浦氏纤维动作电位的影响

摘    要:本文在低硒猪离体浦氏纤维细胞上,观察动作电位的变化及维生素C对其变化的影响,结果证明:低硒猪浦氏纤维APH明显降低(P<0.05),而APD_50、APD_(90)和ERP与对照组相比差异均不显著。这一结果与低硒大鼠在体心肌细胞动作电位的改变完全一致。以5.7mM维生素C或34mM维生素C台氏液灌流低硒猪浦氏纤维,对APH和ERP影响不显著,而对于APD_(50)和APD_(90)呈现有缩短倾向。

Abstract:An observation on the changes of Purkinje's fiber action potential(AP) in Se-Iow pigs and on the effect of vitamin Con it was carried out. The results indicated that APH was remarkably decreased (P<0.05) and that the changes of APD50, APD_90 and ERP were not statistically significant (P>0.05), as compared with those of the control group. The changes are consistent with those of myocardial cell AP of Se-Iow, rats in situ. The perfusion of the Purkinje's fibers of Se-Iow pigs with 5.7mM and 34 mM vitamin C Tyrode's solution had no evident effect on APH and ERP. However, it appeared that APD_50 and APD_90 tended to shorten.
