“交通工程总论”精品课程建设对策研究

Countermeasure about Construction of"Introduction to Traffic Engineering"Classic Course

The construction of classic courses is an important way to deepen educational reform, improve teaching quality comprehensively and promote the development of national special majors. Depending on the proper structure of teacher team, abundant textbooks and reference materials, large amount of theoretical research experience, superior practice and network environment, the course of ＂Introduction to Traffic Engineering＂ of Chongqing Jiaotong University has an obvious advantage in its historical accumulation, teaching method and practice system. By strengthening its teacher team building, developing practical activities, and innovating teaching methods, the course was appointed as the classic course of Chongqing Jiaotong University. In order to enhance it to be a classic one of Chongqing, and even China, the course construction should focus on perfecting the teaching network system, cultivating talents of special subjects, and increasing its practicality and dynamics.
