多轮印载荷下车辆甲板板厚设计研究

摘    要:各主要船级社规范针对车辆甲板的板厚公式一般基于单轮印给出,多轮印情况下多用等效的方式处理。本文首先根据规范的规定,总结出两种具有代表性的将多轮印载荷等效为单轮印的方法,然后基于线弹性理论,利用数值模拟手段对这两种等效方法在某典型轮印和板格尺寸下的情况展开了研究,并对这两种方法的合理适用性以及安全水平进行了讨论。

Research on the Design of Vehicle Deck under Multi Wheel Loadings

Abstract:In the rules of Classification Society, The design thickness formulas of vehicle deck are generally based on single wheel loading. As for multi wheel loading, there are equivalent treatment methods. This paper firstly summarized two representative methods according to the rules, with which the multi wheel loading is equivalent to single wheel loading; then based on the linear elastic theory, these two equivalent methods are analyzed in the case of a particular wheel and panel size by means of numerical simulation. The applicability and rationality as well as the safety level of the two equivalent methods are discussed.
