摘    要:为解决级配碎石配合比设计中控制性指标不足的问题,达到提高级配碎石力学性能的目的,在传统的级配碎石配合比设计方法基础上,引入主骨料空隙填充法(CAVF)理念,增加体积参数作为确定最佳级配的控制性指标。通过试验论证了CAVF法在级配碎石配合比设计中应用的可行性,试验得到的体积指标可以量化表征级配碎石材料的结构形式,并且保证了结构的力学性能,使得级配碎石最佳级配的选定更加科学、合理。

Study on Application of Course Aggregate Void Filling Method in the Design of Graded Crushed Stone
Abstract:In order to solve the lack of control indexes for the mix proportion design of graded crushed stone, and to improve the strength of graded crushed stone, Course Aggregate Void Filling method (CAVF) concept has been introduced with parameter of volume being added as a control index to determine the optimum gradation. The feasibility of CAVF method in the mix propor-tion design of crushed stone has been proved by experiments, the index of volume obtained from the test can be quantified to characterize the structure of the graded crushed stone and to ensure the mechanical properties of the structure, which could make the selection of the optimum gradation of the graded crushed stone more scientific and reasonable.
