| 摘 要： | 停车诱导系统作为智能交通系统的1个重要组成部分,对于缓解城市＂停车难＂问题,尤其是解决城市中心商业区＂停车难＂起着至关重要的作用。国内外许多城市都运用停车诱导系统很好地缓解了＂停车难＂的问题。结合国内外城市中心商业区的停车经验,通过分析了城市中心商业区停车现状,探讨关于城市中心商业区停车标志的设置,将城市中心商业区停车诱导标志划分为外围诱导和内部停车场诱导2个部分。并以淮安市城市中心商业区为例,对其停车诱导标志设置进行了规划,实验结果表明该区域内的泊位利用率由原来的50.19%提高至69.23%。

| Abstract: | The Parking Guidance System（PGIS） is an important part of Intelligent Transportation System（ITS）,which plays a vital role in relieving parking problem of a city,especially in Central Business District（CBD）.Many cities at home and abroad have applied the PGIS to solving the parking problem.This paper analyzes the status of CBD parking and explores the settings on the CBD parking signs based on CBD parking experiences at home and abroad.CBD parking guidance signs are divided into two parts： external and internal parking-induced induction.Huai＇an CBD parking scheme is analyzed as an example.The experimental result shows that the berth utilization of the region increases from the original 50.19 % to 69.23 %. |
