独立轮对柔性耦合径向转向架的导向特点

摘    要:通过理论分析推导出独立轮对柔性耦合径向转向架最佳耦合刚度的表达公式,该公式表明:独立轮对柔性耦合径向转向架导向能力的好坏关键在于耦合刚度的选取,而耦合刚度的选取只与列车系统的二系悬挂纵向刚度、二系悬挂横向跨距、车辆定距、转向架轴距等内在结构参数有关,与列车运行速度和轨道曲线半径等外界环境参数无关。进一步的仿真分析表明:无论曲线半径、运行速度、未平衡离心加速度和轮对横移量等外界条件怎么变化,独立轮对柔性耦合径向转向架都会在二系悬挂系统和柔性耦合元件的协调作用下自动把前后轮对调整到径向位置,这不仅验证了理论推导公式的正确性,也佐证了独立轮对柔性耦合转向架面对复杂多变的外部环境确实具有很强的自适应径向调节能力。

Abstract:An expression about the coupling stiffness of flexible coupled radial bogie with independently rotating wheelsets is deduced by theoretic analysis.The expression indicates that the steering capability of the flexible coupled radial bogie with independently rotating wheelsets mostly lies on the selection of coupling stiffness.Yet the coupling stiffness is only relational with the inherent configuration parameter(such as second suspension longitudinal stiffness,second suspension lateral span,bogie wheelbase and the distance between front and back bogies centers) of the train system,and irrespective to the external condition parameter(such as speed of the train and curve radius of the track).Further simulation analyses indicate that whatever external conditions(curve radius,speed,unbalance centrifugal acceleration,lateral displacement etc.) change,the leading and trailing wheelsets of the bogie always can automatically run to radial location by the coordinated operation of the flexible coupled organ and the second suspension systems of the vehicle,which proved that not only the foregoing expression deduced by theoretic analysis is correct,but also the flexible coupled radial bogie surely takes on very good radial steering ability in complicated external condition.
