基于视频采集方式的交通信息质量测试和评估研究

道路交通信息贯穿在整个ITS建设和运营流程当中,交通信息采集的质量能够直接影响整个系统的运行成效,所以交通信息采集质量的测试和评估工作非常重要。基于视频采集方式,给出交通信息质量测试评估五阶段流程,研究在视频采集方法下交通信息质量基准值标准化处理过程,估计不同样本量采样率下基准值精度,提出交通信息质量测试评估方法,结果表明：基于视频采集的方法能够准确且有效地对待测采集手段进行交通信息质量的测试评估。

Testing and Evaluation of Traffic Information Quality Based on Video Capture

Road traffic information is very important in the entire construction and operation processes of ITS.The quality of traffic information collection can directly affect the effectiveness of the entire system.Therefore the testing and evaluation of traffic information quality is very important.Based on video capture,the five-stage process of testing and evaluation of traffic information quality is put forward.The standardization processing of reference value of traffic information,the precision of refer-ence value in different sampling rate,as well as the testing and evaluation methods of traffic information quality are analyzed.Results show that video-based acquisition method is an accurate and effective way to test and evaluate the quality of traffic information which is collected by a method to be tested.
