| 摘 要： | 2012年2月3日,国务院法制办公布了《缺陷汽车产品召回管理条例(征求意见稿)》(下简称《意见稿》),公开征求社会各界意见,而现行的《缺陷汽车产品召回管理规定》于2004年10月1日就已经实施,随着行业的发展急需进行修改完善。

New Regulations for Auto Recalling System Came Into Existence |

| Abstract: | Feb. 3 2012, Legislative Affairs Office of The State Council of P.R. China publicly issued the "Regulations and Administrative Management of Recalling of Defective Automobile Products" for purpose of asking for opinions and recommendations from all walks of life of the society. According to the statistics, China had already completed recalling of more than 370 cases involving 6 millions autos in total since the recalling system was in place. |
