| 摘 要： | 为了科学评价公共交通乘客的出行信息接受水平，分别从信息传递和信息搜寻的角度，对公共交通出行信息进行了详细分析。将信息理论运用于解释出行信息的传递过程，建立了出行信息传递模型。运用信息熵理论将乘客接受的出行信息进行量化，提出了评价出行信息接受水平的具体方法。以实际调查数据为依据，运用该方法对公交乘客的出行信息接受水平进行评价。结果表明，该方法可从乘客认知角度评价出行信息的接受水平和出行信息的传递状况。
