暗挖通过旧楼的施工技术

摘    要:阐述北京地铁10号线建德门站至北土城站区间隧道暗挖法穿越城业大厦旧楼的浅埋暗挖法施工技术。采用台阶法施工工艺,使用拱部超前支护、掌子面超前支护等技术保护措施,并在施工过程中加强监测,提供判断围岩和初期支护基本稳定的依据,通过量测数据的分析处理,掌握围岩稳定性的变化规律。通过精心组织和施工,最终成功穿越建筑物,确保了建筑结构和大厦的安全。

Abstract:This article introduces the bored excavation for the shallow transit tunnel on Beijing subway Line 10 between Badaling Station and Panda Roundabout Station to underpass an old high-rise building.Bench excavation method was adopted together with arch fore-poling and face fore-poling.Monitoring was conducted in the whole process of construction and the monitored data were used to identify the stability of surrounding rocks and primary support.Through elaborated organization and construction,the tunnel under-passed the high-rise building successfully with the security of the building guaranteed.
