摘    要:对全地下式污水处理厂地下空间的内涝风险源进行识别与分析,建立地下空间内涝故障树.由FTA可知,对于全地下式污水处理厂,机械设备联动故障是其地下空间内涝产生的最重要因素.从设计、建设及运行方面对全地下式污水处理厂地下空间内涝风险防治措施进行探讨,分别提出了应对厂区超量进水、内部渗水、外部雨水等情况的防汛措施.

Abstract:The waterlogging risk sources in underground space of full underground wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) are identified and analyzed. The waterlogging fault tree of underground space is established. According to FTA (fault tree analysis), for the full underground WWTP, the linkage fault of mechanical equipment is the most important factor of waterlogging in the underground space. From the aspects of design, construction and operation, the prevention measures for the waterlogging risk in underground space of full underground WWTP are discussed. The flood control measures for dealing with the excess water inflow and internal water seepage of WWTP, and external rainwater are put forward respectively.
