钢桥面板-肋双面焊构造细节疲劳失效模式研究

摘    要:设置高疲劳抗力构造细节是提升钢桥面板疲劳寿命的有效途径之一,以一种钢桥面板-肋双面焊构造细节为研究对象,基于线弹性断裂力学原理,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了该细节疲劳裂纹扩展子模型,研究了疲劳加载工况下各裂纹萌生点处初始裂纹扩展能力.同时通过应力强度因子幅值对比分析,进一步确定了该钢桥面板-肋双面焊构造细节主导疲劳失效模式.

Abstract:Setting the high fatigue resistance construction details is one of the effective ways to improve the fatigue life of steel deck. Taking a kind of steel deck slab-rib double-sided welding construction details as the study object, based on the linear elasticity fracture mechanics principle, ABAQUS finite element software is used to establish the fatigue crack growth sub-model of details in order to study the initial crack expansion capability at each crack initiation point under the fatigue loading condition. At the same time, by comparing and analyzing the stress intensity factor amplitude, furthermore, the leading fatigue failure mode of steel deck slab-rib double-sided welding construction details is determined.
