| Abstract: | The key problems the investors always focus on are improving construction quality, controlling construction cost and ensuring item construction period. During stages from decision to final acceptance, project cost is not only controlled by regimenting and investigating documents of construction cost, but also determined reasonably and controlled effectively from multiple-aspects for investors. |
